Usuku Lomshado

Maskandi singer Umketule brings a fresh offering to the South African music scene with Usuku Lomshado, a short project built around traditional sounds and storytelling.

The two-song EP features Ingane Kagogo and the title track Usuku Lomshado, which welcomes a guest appearance from fellow Maskandi artist Jikijiki.

This release adds to Umketule's growing musical catalogue, giving listeners another opportunity to connect with his approach to Maskandi music and the traditional influences behind his sound.

While Ingane Kagogo opens the collection, the closing track brings Umketule and Jikijiki together for a collaboration that completes the project's short but focused tracklist.

Usuku Lomshado delivers another dose of South African Maskandi, with traditional musical influences and a guest contribution adding variety to the listening experience.
